Manav has led numerous complex initiatives in a career spanning almost 25 years across Asia, Europe and North America. He has diverse experience in management consulting, transformation, systems design and evaluation. He has guided teams in challenging engagements globally including launch of new programs and services to generate rapid growth.
He has trained management and leadership teams for smarter decision making, managed difficult change initiatives for operational excellence (efficiency / effectiveness), designed capabilities for improved client experience and developed technology capabilities for scale-up. Manav believes that the only way to succeed in delivering an amazing client experience is by building great teams and organizational capabilities that can scale.
Manav’s core focus at Roots is to design the right human capabilities and develop well-defined systems / processes across different workstreams. Being a certified Lean Six Sigma practitioner and team coach, he brings in the rigor needed for setting up the team for scale-up, using data for decisions, deploying frameworks that allow smart execution on a daily basis across the firm.
