The Roots Way

How Roots Helped?

By deploying a rigorous competitive framework, we analyzed the digital therapeutics landscape to deliver a data-driven GTM roadmap optimizing market positioning and launch strategies:
Identified Key Competitors and their Marketing Strategies: As a starting point, we built a comprehensive database of key competitors (segregated by company size and regional presence). We then identified various strategies adopted across different marketing channels; these included participation in global events, social media promotions, traditional print media marketing, website engagement and product-specific add-on promotions. We also mapped the underlying business models of these players, including pricing approaches and end users to identify the most effective and scalable models.
Benchmarked Marketing Channels and Gap Identification: We created a competitive heatmap to better understand the marketing strategies that have been adopted by different players. This benchmarking exercise enabled rapid identification of marketing trends, gaps in competitor positioning and underutilized channels, providing actionable insights on how the client can differentiate and intelligently deploy the marketing budget. In terms of business model assessment, we captured information on reimbursement focus as well as subscription vs. one-time payment models to identify the most effective approaches in sustaining growth and customer adoption.
Prioritized Proven Strategies and Outlined GTM Roadmap: Based on the insights generated from this analysis, we identified the following four proven marketing tactics: conference participation, multilingual video content, active social media presence and optimized website features. We prioritized these high-ROI channels in the go-to-market roadmap to drive accelerated market penetration and competitive differentiation.

For website and broader digital feature competitiveness, we benchmarked essential elements, such as clarity of clinical evidence, ease of onboarding, multilingual support, patient and clinician testimonials, enabling the client to strengthen credibility and improve user adoption.
